Ingredients:

150 g cow cheese,
100 ml. cream,
250 g apricot, peaches or apples,
7 tablespoons of raisins
2 -3 tablespoons of honey

Preparation
Place the raisins in water, leave them for a while. Cut the fruits in slices and mix them with the cottage cheese. Add sour cream slowly. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. You can always serve this with seasonal fruits.

Natural cream, liquid, 35-50% fat – 120 g
4 pcs oranges
2 pcs red grapefruits
4 pcs kiwis
1 Mango
2 pcs red apples
8 pcs strawberris

Ingredients:

An envelope of strawberry flavored gelatin, no sugar added
150 g of boiling water
200 g of ice cubes
300g sliced strawberries
150 g cream

Preparation:
Add gelatin and boiling water into a blender at low speed until gelatin dissolves, about 30 seconds. The, add ice and blend until it is partially melted. Add strawberries in the blender and mix well. Add cream. Pour dessert composition in pots and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
This composition is for 6 servings. One serving has 45 calories.
