Ingredients
400g cleaned apples
1 lemon
30g diabetic sugar or sweetener
40g raisins
75g grounded almonds

Ingredients for dough:
150g yogurt
60g oil
70g diabetic sugar or sweetener
300g flour
1 pack of baking powder
1 lemon

Preparation: Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces and boil with the lemon juice and diabetic sugar or sweetener for approximately 5 minutes. Then add raisins and almonds or crushed walnuts and lemon zest, then leave it to cool completely. This is the filling. Now let’s prepare the dough. Mix the flour with baking powder and all other ingredients for dough. Stretch it in a form of a rectangle. Put the filling and roll it. Cut the roll into slices of approximately 2cm wide and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Leave some distance between rolls because they increase their volume while baking. You could grease them with milk, egg, and sprinkle with heated jam or ground almonds or coconut flakes. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

900 g of flour
100 g of jam without sugar
500 g margarine
150 grams of walnuts
2 packs of baking powder
1 sachet of vanilla

Preparation: Mix well flour and baking powder then split it into two parts: 400g and 500g respectively. Melt 375g of margarine on a low heat until it becomes liquid. Pour the margarine liquid into 400 g flour. You will obtain soft dough. Gather the composition in a bowl and put it aside. The remaining 175 g of margarine melt and mix it with a glass of soda and 500 g of flour; you will get the second dough. Stretch the second dough and the first one and put it one on the top of another. Roll it and put it in a cold place for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes roll the dough and cut into 2 parts. Put in the baking pan a bit of margarine. Put the first sheet and stab it with a fork, then spread the jam and walnuts proportionally. Then place the second sheet above. Bake it for 25-30 minutes.

Necessary Ingredients:
5 eggs
5 spoons of flour
1 pinch of baking powder
1 spoon of oil
Fruits: you can use some cherry, kiwi, apple and small pieces of lemon, but you can also add some strawberries. If you want to prepare the cake for many people just increase proportionally the number of eggs and spoons of flour, eg put 8 eggs and 8 spoons of flour.

Preparation: Even though this cake is sugar-free it’s still incredibly tasty. I woke up one morning and I was wondering what would happen if I try to make a cake with no sugar at all. First of all it is much better for health, and secondly both people on a diet or with high blood sugar can enjoy it. So I came up with this very simple recipe. Start by separating yolks from whites (mix the latter in the mixer and add a bit of salt), add in the yolks the baking powder and one spoon of flour, mix them, then add the beaten whites and then the remaining flour, mix gently, and finally add the oil. Put in a pan the content (I would advise you to use baking paper, so you can easily handle the cake when its ready), add the chopped fruits on the top, let the cake bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, in the end you could add some vanilla.
