Fruits in Cream

Ingredients:

  • 150 g cow cheese,
  • 100 ml. cream,
  • 250 g apricot, peaches or apples,
  • 7 tablespoons of raisins
  • 2 -3 tablespoons of honey

Preparation

Place the raisins in water, leave them for a while. Cut the fruits in slices and mix them with the cottage cheese. Add sour cream slowly. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. You can always serve this with seasonal fruits.
