Hungarian Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 150g flour
  • 100g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 300 g butter
  • sodium bicarbonate
  • 150 g sugar
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 60 g flour

For the cream:

chocolate, 50 g sugar, 300 ml milk 3 egg yolks, rum 30 ml, 500 g sour

Preparation:

On the drawing board in the middle of the flour put butter, sugar, eggs, wine, soda. Make it a thin sheet. Place it in the cake form and from the remaining dough fill in the edge of the form, as a boron hat. Place it in the oven at an appropriate temperature.

Preparation of the cream:

Boil the milk together with the sugar, melt the chocolate, whip the yolks of the eggs with sugar, stir, pour the hot milk on the medium heat, constantly stir, till you obtain a consistent cream. After it cools down, add the softened butter, stir. Finally flavor with rum. Put the cream on the baked dough and put on the top cherries. Place it in the refrigerator and cut it in pieces like a cake.
