Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

1.5 glass of graham cracker crumbs
1.5 glass of sugar
4 spoons melted butter
2 cans of milk
1 glass of key lime or ordinary lime juice
2 eggs
1 glass of sour cream
2 spoons of sugar powder
1 spoon of lime zest

Preparation

Heat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in a bowl with your hands.Key Lime Pie, Sugar Free Desserts Place the mixture into a pie pan and bake around 20 minutes until it becomes brown. Take it out from the oven and leave until it cools down.

Reduce the temperature of the oven till 150 degrees Celcius.

Take another oven and mix milk, eggs and lime juice. Whisk the mixture well and put it into pie shell. Bake it for fifteen minutes and cool it in the refrigerator for around two hours.

When chilled mix sour cream and sugar powder and place it on the top of the pie. Also on the top of the sour cream sprinkle the lime zest.
