Ingredients
0.75 glass of dry, low-calorie Dutch cocoa powder
0.25 spoon of ground cinnamon
0.25 spoon of kocher salt
1 glass of skim milk
0.5 spoon of vanilla
0.5 glass of Splenda sugar substitute
Preparation
Preparation takes only five minutes and cooking ten minutes. So in 15 minutes you can have tasty sugar free desserts and start losing weight.
Combine cinnamon, skim milk, salt and cocoa in the blender. Place the mixture in the bowl and bring it to the boiling point. Then reduce the heat and keep it on the fire for additional 5 minutes until it becomes thick. Then cool it for 5 minutes and stir it from time to time. Add vanilla and sugar substitute and stir it.
Keep the mixture warm and serve it with the fruit slices that will be used as dippers.
