Sugar free desserts are a good way to limit consumption of carbohydrates. Sugar free desserts are much like normal desserts; they taste almost the same way and also look similarly. The only difference is that the ingredients that were used for their preparation are different from those that were used for preparing normal desserts.
Colorful Salad
Ingredients
• 1 large head lettuce
• 1 bunch spinach
• 1 bunch celandine
• 1 bunch red Loboda
• 1 bunch of radishes• 2 to 3 green onions chopped
• 2 bunches of chopped chervil
• wild garlic leaves
• lovage leaves
• sorrel leaves
• 1 bunch parsley
• 1 bunch dill
Aromatic dressing
• 2 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons water
• spices: coriander, cumin, thyme, rosemary, sage, basil, tarragon
• ginger
• salt
Preparation
• Loosen the lettuce leaf, wash itvery well in water and drainwell, then cut or tear leaves in pieces. Some people used to cut the lettuce very finely, but in this case there is a risk that it will oxidize rapidly and lose its properties and appearance.
• Choose spinach leaves and celadine, wash carefully.
• Wash and chop onions, wild garlic, Loboda, parsley, dill and chevil.
• Wash and slice radishes.
• Place all in a bowl.
• Add your dressing, mix gently.
• Decorate with sliced radishes red radishes, sliced tomato, grated carrot.
